Main tasks in the project
ARGANS will be the focal point for Ocean colour data access and processing to derive specific indicators and parameters within WP4. This will ensure the right connection to Copernicus data and third parties missions as available. Also ARGANS will contribute to local hydrodynamic modelling of the rivers discharge and the behavior of turbid plumes close to the rivers mouth, taking into account the evolution of the coastline due to permafrost thawing.
