From 31 October to 11 Novembver the International Cryosphere Climate Initiative (ICCI) will host together with various partners a Cryosphere Pavilion at the 26th Conference of Parties to the UNFCCC (COP26).
The agenda of the paviolion covers wide range of issues pertaining to the changing cryosphere, permafrost of course being one of them. The Thursday November 4 will be dedicated to permafrost. Nunataryuk coordinator Hugues Lantuit and co-coordinator Paul Overduin will be among the speakers that day.
